CHURCH - For Persecuted
Holy Spirit, please help them to recall to mind that when they are hard pressed on every side – they are not crushed. When they are becoming perplexed they do not have to despair. When they are persecuted, they are not abandoned by You. If they are struck down they are not destroyed. Grant them the grace to believe this and speak it out. 2 Corinthians 4:8-9,19,13,15
Righteous Father, thank You that Your ears are attentive to the prayers of the righteous. Because I have this righteousness from You, which comes through faith in Jesus Christ, I believe You will hear these prayers. 1 Peter 3:12 Romans 3:22
Lord Jesus, I lift to You the persecuted church and ask that grace and peace come to them today from You Who is, and Who was, and Who is to come! Amen. Revelation 1:4
May joy and gladness come to Your persecuted Church today. Luke 1:14 Matthew 5:11
You are with Your people to help them like an awe-inspiring warrior; may their difficult situations not prevail over them Lord. Jeremiah 20:11
May they rejoice in You Jesus because the ruler of this world has been condemned. John 16:11
Father, please give them the grace to watch out and stay alert! for none of us know the time of Your Son’s return. Mark 13:33,37
Jesus, grant them Your grace to be faithful and wise servants in all You have given them to do. Matthew 24:45
Father God, would You give my brothers and sisters the grace to make every effort to be sure of their calling and election. For by doing this they will never stumble into sin; For thus an entrance into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, will be richly provided for them. 2 Peter 1:10-11
