CHURCH - For Persecuted
Father God, may they not throw away their confidence, which has a great reward, but endure whatever is Your will for their life and live by faith – not shrinking back. Hebrews 10:35-38
May they all take courage from knowing that You have overcome the world. John 16:33 1 John 5:4
Lord, may their Pastors impart some spiritual gifts to strengthen them. Romans 1:11
Holy Spirit, please help them to remember that Jesus said, "Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you." Matthew 5:11-12
My Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, I thank You that Your divine power has bestowed on us everything necessary for life and godliness through the rich knowledge of You Who has called us by Your own glory and excellence. I pray that Your grace would be granted to the persecuted Church to experience this truth today. 2 Peter 1:3
God, please make all grace abound to them so that they hold on to their courage and their hope. 2 Corinthians 9:8 Hebrews 3:6
