CHURCH - For Persecuted
Jesus please speed the cause of righteousness in those unhappy situations with those who are persecuted. Isaiah 16:5
O Sovereign LORD, rescue the weak and needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked. Psalm 82:4

Dear Holy Spirit, when those persecuted are overwhelmed by temptation to deny Jesus, please remind them to consider that they will escape the Lord’s wrath and judgement, and will journey on a highway that only the redeemed will walk on; they will enter with singing, everlasting joy will crown their head. Gladness and joy will overtake them, and sorrow and sighing will flee away, so I ask that You grant them wisdom and grace to avoid temptation, and that they be delivered from the evil one in this time of persecution.
