At times I work hard to avoid pain, so avoid asking for what I really need from others and, therefore, am often disappointed. Other times, I try to say I need something by indirect means, and am often misunderstood! I fear the results of speaking directly and honestly, in love, to others. Please heal me Lord, and help me to put off falsehood and be made new in the attitude of my mind; and so speak truthfully where necessary. Ephesians 4:25,23,25

Wonderful Saviour, I ask You to make the crooked thinking straight and the rough approaches become smooth in my relationships with others; so that I might see Your salvation in my life. Luke 3:5-6
Jesus, when I feel vulnerable and alone may I remember that I am now no longer separate from You Christ, and excluded from the covenants of the promise. Thank You that I am no longer without hope and without God in my world. Ephesians 2:12-13,
Holy Spirit, those times when I don’t see the point of it all please help me to remember that in the coming ages, I will see the incomparable riches of God’s grace, which is His gift to me. Ephesians 2:7-8

Today, I will remember that I am a letter from Christ…..written with the Spirit of the living God on my human heart. Such confidence as this is mine through Christ before God. Not that I am competent in myself to claim anything for myself, but my competence comes from God. He has made me competent as a minister of a new covenant.. and the Spirit gives life! Praise You Lord! 2 Corinthians 3:3-6
