Please help (name) to set apart in his heart, Christ as Lord.  1 Peter 3:15
I want to build up (name) rather than pull him down; please help me to do this and not seem to be trying to frighten him with my words.  2 Corinthians 10:8-9
To my shame, I find that I have misjudged others’ motivations and intentions towards me, and feel like the person who is so busy looking at the splinter in another’s eye that he cannot see the plank in his own. Holy Spirit, please reveal to me the root of this judgementalism, so that I can truly repent and cast it aside. May I be taught, rebuked, corrected and trained in righteousness as I read all parts of the Bible; and be prepared to encourage others with great patience and careful instruction.  Matthew 7:3 John 14:28 Revelation 3:19 2 Timothy 3:16 2 Timothy 4:2
Almighty God, Your Word says, "The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can understand it?" So I give You permission to search my heart and examine my mind so that I can face my true anxieties.  Jeremiah 17:9-10 Psalm 26:2 Psalm 139:23-24,
Lord, please help me to be the fragrance of LIFE in this relationship.  2 Corinthians 2:15
Holy Spirit, please help (name) to not be deceived by companions who say, “Come let us get wine! Let us drink our fill of beer! And tomorrow will be alright, or even far better.”  Isaiah 56:12
Dear God, may my beauty not come from outward adornment, but instead be that of my inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in Your sight. I cast all my troubles on to You Jesus, and ask that I may do what is right and not give way to fear.  1 Peter 3:3-4,6
Please help me Lord, I am afraid that when I come home, I may not find (name) as I should want him to be and he may not find me as he wants me to be.  2 Corinthians 12:20 Matthew 17:7
Presently I am struggling to not follow the ways of this world, please help me to see that I have been saved and this was not from my efforts, but a gift from You God to me personally.  Ephesians 2:2-3
I turn to You Lord, so that You may be merciful to me, and freely pardon me from unduly dwelling on feelings of unfairness and powerlessness. I do not want to take refuge in melancholy thoughts, but in You alone, for You are my refuge and my fortress.  Isaiah 55:7 Psalm 91:2
