Dear Lord, please turn the darkness into light before (name) and begin to make the rough places smooth today.  Isaiah 42:16
Lord preserve (name) from wandering in desert wastelands of depression where he can find no place to settle, and his potentially useful life ebbs away.  Psalm 107:4-5
Merciful Father, I lift to You (name), may his light break forth like the dawn and his healing quickly appear. May righteousness go before him and Your glory Lord be his rear guard. May he call to You and know that You Lord will answer. When he cries for help may he recognise You when You say, "Here am I". Holy Spirit, please enable him to lift up his eyes from where he is and to look in a new direction.  Isaiah 58:8-9 Genesis 13:14
Spirit of Truth, please help me not to be complacent about praying for protection for myself; In this respect may I diligently guard the fortress, watch the road, brace myself, and marshal all my strength to keep in Your will LORD.  Nahum 2:1 Ephesians 6:13 Galatians 5:1 1 Corinthians 16:13
Father God, as Your child I want to always remember that I do not live by the standards of this world. The weapons I fight with are not the weapons of this world. On the contrary … I have divine power to demolish strongholds (those thoughts and things that can have a strong hold on me). I demolish any excuses or thinking, and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God in my life. I take captive EVERY THOUGHT to make it obedient to Christ and subject to God's standards.  2 Corinthians 10:2,8-10
Lord, I desire to be completely humble and gentle, being patient, bearing with (name) in love, please teach me how.  Ephesians 4:2
Because You said, "Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also", I ask You Jesus to search my heart so that I may know its true treasure. I do not want to be deceived about what motivates me, or is truly important to me in my life.  Matthew 6:21 Jeremiah 17:10,9
Dear God, when I serve others, may I increasingly do it with the strength You provide, so that in all things You may be praised through Jesus Christ.  1 Peter 4:11
Heavenly Father, the God of hope and encouragement, please encourage me to give messages of encouragement.  Acts 13:15
Dear Jesus, my desire is to proclaim You Lord, in this relationship. I am struggling to admonish and help (name) without criticism coming through, please forgive me. Please give me the wisdom I need in this area, and may I labour and struggle only with all Your energy, which so powerfully works in me.  Colossians 1:28 James 1:5 Colossians 1:29
