Holy Spirit, please help me to truly believe and hold on to the truth that Jesus’ grace is sufficient for me, and His power is made perfect in weakness. I come to You Jesus and ask You to help me escape from my desire to remove myself from this unrelenting pain. Almighty God, You say that I am a dearly loved child of Yours and that instead of fear and shame, I can have grace and peace from You my Father.
