CONDUCT - Sin
Holy Spirit, please help me to remember that I am an alien and a stranger in this world; and so, therefore, abstain from sinful desires which war against my soul. 1 Peter 2:11
Father, please give me the grace to hold on to the good. O God of peace, sanctify me through and through. May my whole spirit, soul and body, be kept blameless at the coming of my Lord Jesus Christ; for the One Who calls me is faithful, and He will do it. Thank You Father God. 1 Thessalonians 5:21,23-24
Holy Spirit, please help me to remember to not meaninglessly envy my neighbour. John 14:26 Ecclesiastes 4:4
When I entertain destructive conversation, please convict me to avoid godless chatter, because I do not want to become more and more ungodly as I indulge in it. 2 Timothy 2:16 1 Timothy 6:20
I am weak, yet by Your power God, I will live with You to serve others in Your way, when, and how You desire; and not as a people-pleaser. 2 Corinthians 13:4 Galatians 1:10
Holy Spirit, please show me where I need to repent of the pride of my heart, so that the Lord’s wrath does not come upon me. 2 Chronicles 32:26 Romans 1:18
Father God, as Your child I want to always remember that I do not live by the standards of this world. The weapons I fight with are not the weapons of this world. On the contrary … I have divine power to demolish strongholds (those thoughts and things that can have a strong hold on me). I demolish any excuses or thinking, and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God in my life. I take captive EVERY THOUGHT to make it obedient to Christ and subject to God's standards. 2 Corinthians 10:2,8-10
Forgive me Lord that I did not put my trust in You and Your Word. I preferred others reassuring visions and words which were false and worthless. They did not expose my sin and ward off my captivity. Lord, I was mislead and my heart cries out to you. I will let my tears flow like a river as I pour out my heart like water in Your presence Lord. Lamentations 2:14, 18-19 Revelation 21:4
I thank You Lord, that whenever I confess and renounce my sins, I find mercy. Proverbs 28:13
Jesus, my thinking is so darkened lately, and I seem to have wandered from the truth – I so need You to bring me back on to the right way, and into the truth and the life! 2 Timothy 2:18 John 14:6
