DEPRESSION - Depression
Almighty God, Your Word says, "The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can understand it?" So I give You permission to search my heart and examine my mind so that I can face my true anxieties. Jeremiah 17:9-10 Psalm 26:2 Psalm 139:23-24,

Lord, please enable me to guard my mouth, and my tongue, from negative remarks and so keep myself from calamity. Proverbs 21:23
Father God, I struggle daily to accept myself, and to enjoy Your having accepted me in Christ Jesus. God please help me to see that You made Jesus, Who had no sin, to be sin for us, so that in Him, I with others might become the righteousness of God. 2 Corinthians 4:21
I have asked You for answers and some I have not received because I ask with wrong motives; thinking mostly of my pleasures and comforts. O Lord, I confess I need to come nearer to You, purify my heart and stop being double-minded. James 4:3,8
I want to know and rely on the love You have for me God. 1 John 4:16
Thank You Father, that You wanted me enough to redeem me with the precious blood of Your Son Jesus. 1 Peter 1:18-19
May I not look to the old ways to help me in this depression; or rely on many sources of strength, but instead look to You, and seek help from You Lord! Isaiah 31:1
