Father God, would You please raise up in our nation more men who will faithfully preach Your Word; who will be prepared in season and out of season; to correct, rebuke, and encourage the Body of Christ with great patience and careful instruction. Amen! 2 Timothy 4:2
Holy Spirit, please help me to recognise those men who have been sent by God to preach the Word with sincerity before Him, and to stay away from the teaching of those who peddle the Word of God for profit. 2 Corinthians 2:17
Please inspire Christian teachers everywhere to stress the trustworthy sayings on salvation through Jesus Christ, for these are excellent and profitable for everyone. Titus 3:8,6,8
Lord, would You enable Your servants to speak Your Word with boldness please. Acts 4:29
Father, I thank You for the faithfulness of those who from the beginning were eyewitnesses and servants of the Word and handed down to us Your Scriptures, may we be faithful in our generation to do the same. Luke 1:22
