CONDUCT - Guilt
Holy Spirit, please help me to keep focused on receiving the goal of my faith - the salvation of my soul. 1 Peter 1:9 Philippians 3:13-14
What a wretched man I am dear Lord, for I am overwhelmed by my weaknesses and character flaws; and inability to overcome them despite my constant efforts. Who will rescue me from this body of death? Thanks be to God – through Jesus Christ our Lord! You will!! Romans 7:24-25
When I am overwhelmed by my unworthiness, may I recall that when I was dead in my sins and in the un-circumcision of my sinful nature, You God made me alive with Christ, and He forgave me all my sins. Thank You. Colossians 2:13
Thank You Jesus, that You were crushed, suffered, and Your life made a guilt offering on the cross so that I would be justified. Please heal me of living my life as a guilt offering so that I may glorify You today. Isaiah 53:10-11 Romans 5:9
Lord, may I be afflicted no more, will You break the yoke of this burden of guilt from my neck and tear the shackles of remorse away from me. Nahum 1:13 2 Corinthians 5:17
Forgive me for I did sin and now realise my guilt and ask Your help Jesus to restore what I stole. Leviticus 6:4 1 John 1:9
Jesus, because You said, "Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also", I ask You to search my heart so that I may know its true treasure. I do not want to be deceived about what motivates me, or discourages me in my life. Matthew 6:21 Jeremiah 17:10,9
Father, grant me the grace to comply with Your Word, "The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart, O God, You will not despise". Psalm 51:17
I praise You Almighty God, for You have said, "I will cleanse them from all the guilt of their sin against Me, and I will forgive all the guilt of their sin and rebellion against Me.". Jeremiah 33:8 1 John 1:9
Please cleanse me, so that I may enjoy truly being Yours and You being my God. I thank You Jesus that Your blood purifies me from all unrighteousness. Ezekiel 37:23 1 John 1:9,7
