CHURCH - For Pastor
Everlasting God, You do not grow tired or weary, Your understanding is unsearchable. You give strength to the weary and to him who has no might You increase strength. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall, but those who wait for You Lord shall renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. Please do this for our pastor this week. Thank You. Isaiah 40:28-31 Hebrews 12:3 Matthew 11:28
Lord, we desire that Your church prevail in the ministry of sharing the gospel of salvation. When our pastor grows weary, please provide helpers who will stand side by side to labour with him in the gospel together with us the rest of his fellow workers. Exodus 17:11-12 Philippians 4:3
Glorious Father, the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, please give to our pastor the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that he may know You better. I pray also that the eyes of his heart be enlightened in order that he may know the hope to which he has been called by You, and what are the riches of Your glorious inheritance in the saints, and Your incomparable great power for us who believe. Amen! Ephesians 1:17-19
Please give our pastor grace to listen to You LORD Almighty, wonderful in counsel and magnificent in wisdom, so that he is directed on Your path. Isaiah 28:29 Isaiah 48:12 Revelation 22:13
Lord, my prayer is that You would extend Your grace to the pastor in the area of finding more time and joy in prayer to You. Isaiah 56:7
Father, please give him the grace and time he needs to devote himself to prayer and the ministry of Your Word. Enable him to make the most of his valuable time, because the days are evil. Acts 6:4
LORD Almighty, please keep him from becoming dull of hearing and bless him with an increasingly strong desire for the solid food of Your Word so that he may be able to distinguish good from evil. Amen. Isaiah 6:9-10 Hebrews 5:11-14
Holy Spirit, would You please reveal to the pastor his own gift given to him from God, and enable him to use it fully with the strength that God supplies. 1 Corinthians 7:7 1 Peter 4:11
Lord Jesus, my prayer is that the pastor would know You to be as a spring whose waters never fail. Isaiah 58:11, John 4:10,
Dear God, when he serves others, may he increasingly do it with the strength You provide, so that in all things You may be praised through Jesus Christ. 1 Peter 4:11
