Dear Holy Spirit, please help me to remember to read the Word regularly, for everything that was written in the past was written to teach me, so that through endurance and the encouragement of the Scriptures I might have hope. Thank You. John 14:26 Romans 15:4
O God of peace, please sanctify me through and through, and may my whole spirit, soul and body, be kept blameless at the coming of my Lord Jesus Christ. Thank You Lord that the One Who calls me is faithful, and He will do it. 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24
Holy Spirit, please help me to remember that if I am insulted for the name of Christ I am blessed, for the spirit and glory of Christ rests on me. 1 Peter 4:14
When I am concerned and emotionally affected by the loss of material possessions, or things I am deeply attached to; Lord may I treasure more: the truth that I have an inheritance that can never perish, spoil or fade - kept in heaven for me. So in this may I increasingly rejoice! 1 Peter 1:4,6
Please help me to consider my life worth nothing to me, so that I may finish the race and accomplish the task that the Lord Jesus has given to me - the task of testifying to the good news of the Lord's grace. Acts 20:24
