CHURCH - For Persecuted
When they cannot find anyone to comfort them, please strengthen and help them God. Isaiah 41:10
Holy Spirit, when nothing seems to be happening, please enable them to ponder on the truth: that great are the works of the LORD, glorious and majestic are His deeds, the LORD is gracious and compassionate, the works of His hands are faithful and just. May they not forget that He provided redemption for us His people, and to Him belongs eternal praise. Psalm 111:2-4,7,9-10
May they listen to You LORD and live in safety and be at ease, without fear of harm. Proverbs 1:33
O God, may they give thought to, and remember Your miracles, and many kindnesses. Please help them to believe Your promises and sing Your praise. Psalm 106:7,12
May they choose to watch in hope for You the God of our salvation and say to the enemy ‘Do not gloat over me! Though I have fallen, I will rise. Though I sit in darkness, the LORD will be my light.’ Micah 7:7-8 John 8:12
O Lord, for those whose bodies have had no rest, and are harassed at every turn – conflicts on the outside, fears within, dear God Who comforts the downcast, please comfort them now. 2 Corinthians 7:5-6
Father, my prayer is that the body of Christ in persecuted territories become built up, becoming mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. Ephesians 4:12-13
Give them the grace to do each day the work You have assigned them to do. Mark 13:34 Acts 22:11 1 Corinthians 3:5
I thank You LORD that Your eyes are on those who fear You, on those whose hope is in Your unfailing love. Psalm 33:18
Today may Your grace be upon the persecuted to put their hope in You LORD, and to know that with You LORD there is unfailing love and full redemption. Psalm 130:7 Romans 15:13
