Lord, please enable Your spiritual shepherds to take care of their flocks and seek to strengthen the weak, heal the sick, and bind up the injured. Encourage them to endeavour to bring back the strays and the lost; and to search for the scattered so that they no longer wonder aimlessly. Help them to tend Your flock, for You will hold them accountable. Jesus, You are the Good Shepherd, please teach us the congregation how to play our part in this caring of Your flock. Amen.
