SUFFERING - Bereavement
Dear God, even though this is one of those times when one would wish to dispute with You - I would not be able to answer You one time out of a thousand for Your wisdom is profound and Your power is vast. In the midst of this bereavement I will praise You Almighty God. Job 9:3-4
Holy Spirit, please help me to utter like Job did in his bereavement: "Naked I came from my mother's womb, and naked I shall depart. The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away; may the name of the Lord be praised!". Job 1:20-21
Living Water, please provide water in this desert I am experiencing, bring streams in the wasteland; for You give drink to Your people so that they may proclaim Your praise. Isaiah 43:20-21, John 6:35
