I want to help the congregation by my prayers. 2 Corinthians 1:11
Now may the God of peace Who brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, the great Shepherd of the sheep, by the blood of the eternal covenant, equip us with everything good that we may do His will, working in us that which is pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to Whom be glory forever and ever. Amen. Hebrews 13:20-21
Father, my prayer for our congregation today is that we may have encouragement from being united with Christ, comfort from His love, fellowship with the Spirit, tenderness and compassion, being likeminded, having the same love, being one in spirit and purpose. Philippians 2:1-2
May we do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than ourselves. Help each of us look not only to our own interests, but also to the interests of others; and may our attitude be the same as Yours Christ Jesus. Philippians 2:3 -5
Above all, may we endeavour to love each other deeply, because loves covers over a multitude of sins. 1 Peter 4:8
Father God, may Your grace be with us to please You in our lives and to receive from Your hand: wisdom, knowledge and happiness. Ecclesiastes 2:26
O my righteous God, grant us Your grace to take refuge in You and be glad; let us ever sing for joy. Spread Your protection over us that those who love Your name may exult in You. For surely, You bless the righteous, You cover them with favour as with a shield. Psalm 5:11-12
I pray for the congregation that Your surpassing grace dear God be upon them this day. 2 Corinthians 9:14
Lord, may I graciously encourage (name) to get out of the habit of not meeting together with other Christian brothers and sisters because we all need each other’s encouragement. Hebrews 10:25
Holy Spirit, please help me to encourage others with the truth that just as we share abundantly in Christ's sufferings, so through Christ we share abundantly in comfort too! 2 Corinthians 1:5
