CONDUCT - Work
Please help me not to avoid hard work and chase fantasies, for if I do I will have my fill of poverty. Proverbs 28:19
I can find my work unsatisfying at times and unrewarding, so I do not always have the motivation to do fully the work needed to be done. So I ask You Lord to enable me to grow in discipline and do the necessary work; not just when people have their eye on me, or to win their favour, but with sincerity of heart and reverence for You Lord. Colossians 3:22,23
It is Your praise that I seek, please give me the grace to make the effort to seek the praise that comes from You the only God. John 5:44
During this time of great doubt about my value to employers may I remember Lord, that You said that I am worth more than many sparrows, and that You even know how many hairs are upon my head; and You willingly suffered and died that I might live. Matthew 10:31

Dear Father God, I am Your child, please help me to get over any sense of loss because I am no longer physically active or in a role of responsibility. Holy Spirit, please teach me how to pray effectively and consistently, so that I do not waste my time because the days are evil, and who knows if I am still alive for such a time as this!
