SUFFERING - Addiction
I want to be strengthened in the faith, as I was taught, and overflowing with thankfulness to You Lord. Colossians 2:7
Father God, as Your child I want to always remember that I do not live by the standards of this world. The weapons I fight with are not the weapons of this world. On the contrary … I have divine power to demolish strongholds (those thoughts and things that can have a strong hold on me). I demolish any excuses or thinking, and every lie that sets itself up against the knowledge of God in my life. I take captive EVERY THOUGHT to make it obedient to Christ and subject to God's standards. 2 Corinthians 10:2,8,9,10
I thank You God, that I am no longer without hope, and without You in my world. Ephesians 2:12-13,
Jesus, I come to You, please help me not to lose heart. John 7:37 2 Corinthians 4:16
Listen to my cry for help, my King and my God. Psalm 5:2
Jesus, when my heart laments for the relationships I’ve lost, my inmost being for acceptance and consolation; when these cares increase in my heart, may Your presence calm me. Isaiah 16:11
Dear Lord, please help me not to be distressed by those who ought to make me rejoice. 2 Corinthians 2:3
Holy Spirit, please help me to remember others in my prayers. Ephesians 1:16
Lord, I cry to You in my distress, please bring me out of this darkness and deep gloom. Psalm 107:14
When I am overwhelmed with negativity, grant me the grace to say, “Away from me, …… for the Lord has heard the sound of my weeping. The Lord has heard my pleas; the Lord accepts my prayer”. Psalm 6:8-9
